I face some unique barriers in life and felt welcomed here. Shelby was efficient with tasks and intake; Melody found a good pair of sturdy frames for me even though there were so many constraints and Ryan got my old lenses transfered over to them impressively fast. Dr.Toor was very patient during eye examining.
The entire team made this good experience and i'm gratefull for all of their hard work and understanding.

I rely heavily on my glasses to exsist; my old frames were badly broken and insurance failed to help when needed.

Thank you crystal vision for helping me in a difficult place and restoring sight to me.

If I could give a 10/10 I would as 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. I have gone in twice now for both vision and hearing and I must say I strongly recommend this place for any of your needs.

Honestly just don’t go to any other place as I know Crystal Vision & Better Hearing will treat you better, and do a better job!

If you are looking for a great costumer service, please ask for Melody (I always found her on Saturdays) She definitely honours her name!!!!
From the moment you step into the centre, she will greet you with a huge smile and walk you through with kindness, professionalism and understanding of your own needs.
The only suggestion I have is regarding the technician’s schedule, (the person who installs the lenses on the frames) it seems like his schedule is very limited and if you are using your own frames it might take more time for you to get your new lenses installed.
Other than that, great service, amazing results.
I’ll definitely come back when needed. Thanks again!!

Amazing customer service received a phone call that my lenses were in walked in the store I was able to get the lenses put in within 30 minutes. I will never buy Glasses anywhere else.
