After a poor experience with progressive lenses from another company, I visited Crystal Vision in Maple Ridge on a friend's recommendation. My previous lenses left my peripheral vision blurry and distorted, so I was planning to switch back to single-vision lenses.

Shelby was fantastic in helping me find frames that suited me, and Ryan recommended trying Crystal Vision's high-quality progressive lenses. He explained their 30-day satisfaction guarantee and suggested I also try Transition lenses, knowing I could make changes if needed.

My glasses arrived within a week, and the progressive lenses were amazing. I adapted to them within just a few hours and experienced none of the issues I'd had before. While the Transition lenses weren't for me, Ryan and the team immediately made it right. Without hesitation, they replaced the lenses, and within a week I had exactly what I wanted.

Five stars is not enough for the experience Shelby gave us at Crystal Vision and Better Hearing.

She helped my son pick out his very first pair of glasses and made the whole thing genuinely fun. She took both kids to the back to show them how lenses are made, handed my daughter paper and a pen to keep her busy, and sent them both home with little finger puppets. My two kids are loud, busy, and not exactly known for stress-free outings. Shelby made it one anyway.

She had his glasses ready in 20 minutes, so we did not have to make a second trip. When I mentioned I could not cover the lens coating that day, she gave it to us at no charge without hesitation.

That kind of patience and genuine kindness is rare.
