It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Shelby was so kind, helpful and made my overall experience of finding glasses so positive. They were able to get the specific glasses I wanted when multiple other places told me they could not. Within 3 days of placing the order over the phone they arrived in store. When I picked them up her and her colleagues greeted me and my dog with warmth and hospitality. They told me they were happy to make any adjustments needed to my glasses to ensure they fit just right. Thanks again Shelby for the service from start to finish!

Such wonderful service, they are so friendly and helpful. Right away they helped us find the right frames for our son.
We had been looking all over the place for sports glasses for our son who plays soccer but we were having a hard time finding any, lucky for us they had a frame that was exactly what we were looking for.

They have a tone of frames and the exam was done right there it was a great experience for all of us.
