Shout out to Shelby for fixing (lost screw) my Oakley sunglasses. She also was able to adjust them so they fit correctly and gave tips and tricks ……like don’t put them on top of your head as you may stretch them out. 🥳 AND it was all complimentary.

The team at the Maple Ridge location are truely fantastic. I had to come in as I had lost my favorite pair of glases.

While the location is based off of sales and service, I never felt rushed or ignored. I was left to try on different frames with the occasional check-ins by staff.

Shelby was so kind and hilarious to talk to. She offered coffee while I waited. While she was quite engaged with other people, she still popped over to help me out when she was available.

Ryan is always lovely to talk with. He is incredibly welcoming and his leadership speaks volumes with his interactions with the staff. From the little jokes to adding little check-ins, the whole experience is outstanding.

After an hour of trying on different frames, I was struggling to find ones I really loved. Clare was integral in helping assist me with a selection that felt a bit overwhelming.

Shelby found a pair of the frames I had lost. I was so floored as the frames were several years old. Sadly something just felt off with them.

Ryan brought out several trays from brands I previously bought that they didn't have out yet. The frames I ended up with were from this selection and were perfect!

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and had them ready for pick up in less than a week.

This team is all around the best optical team around!

I will add as an aside: Multiple customers had come in with various situations while I was there. Ryan treated every one of them with the same level of care and attention as the last. This is something I always take note of. It's one thing to "put on" a bit extra when someone has booked an appointment. It is a whole other to deliver the same service to everyone who walked in.

It didn't matter if it was a mom needing to have the ear replaced on her son's glasses, or a individual who booked at the wrong location, every one received the same level of service and care as someone who was there to spend a good amount of money to replace their lost glasses.

I have been a long standing customer and they make me feel like family. Great prices and exceptional staff. You won't regret going to Crystal Vision.
