Incredibly friendly knowledgeable in their products and great personality meet to create an epic experience where I left feeling taken care of and excited to get my glasses!!! (I already had my hearing aids from previous visits) I can’t wait I’m so pumped to go back and have them fitted. They've won a customer for life and I do not say that lightly as I’ve been to some of Vancouver lower mainlands most prestigious premiere vision shops and they even smashed the service I got there. Kris is next level on any hearing concerns or help in that department

Both the people helping serve my needs in hearing as well as sight were incredible and I believe any establishment could even learn what actual true and real customer service looks like! I left absolutely beaming!

Shout out to Shelby for fixing (lost screw) my Oakley sunglasses. She also was able to adjust them so they fit correctly and gave tips and tricks ……like don’t put them on top of your head as you may stretch them out. 🥳 AND it was all complimentary.
