Just did my eye exam here and wow I am so impressed. Quick, efficient and the doctor was so knowledgeable and happy to answer any of my questions!!

Best customer service I’ve ever had. I need to have some hear tests done and medical forms signed. They went above and beyond helping me sort out some issues with paper work etc. I’ve been here for eye tests and glasses as well, will always go back to them. Friendly and speedy service! 5 stars for sure!

I received excellent service and care from Jenna. She helped me choose glasses (frames and lenses) that were professional yet fun and suited my lifestyle and face shape. I would highly recommend Jenna if you are unsure what type of frame or lens is best for you. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable from the moment I walked in and were supportive of each other. Great team atmosphere!

I highly recommend Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! I ordered two pairs of glasses, and although they didn’t work out the way I had hoped at first, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They offered to replace the glasses and ordered new lenses because the original ones didn’t fit properly, all at no extra cost. Their customer service was truly amazing. The team is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure their customers are happy. I couldn’t recommend them more!
