Good grief!!! Why did I not know about this place?!!! I came in for custom earplugs for an upcoming metal concert I’ll be going to (all due to them being on my way to little Cesar’s pizza!) and the incredible, intuitive, accommodating HELPFUL and FUN service I received from Freya gave me hope for the next gen!!! What a natural gifting she has! THEN, I was distracted by some outstanding and unique frames I saw on their wall (with a sale sign above!) well….. intro Jamie and Kimberly!!! Again, what friendly laid back service!! How can such young people perfect the balance of professionalism and making you feel like you’re shopping with girlfriends!?!?! Well done, ladies!!! KIM IS A GODSEND!!! A SAVIOR!!You have no idea how many issues I’ve had after going to a different company. For MONTHS, I had been feeling nauseous, and the other optometrist location was extremely unhelpful. I finally went back to wearing my old glasses that I had gotten from Crystal Vision & Better Hearing — and the nausea went away.Kim took the time to help me track down exactly what was wrong and why I had been feeling so awful (The unrelated location I will not name provided me wrong pupillary distance). Visiting Our Abbotsford Clinic

You’ll find us at Unit 302, 2050 Sumas Way, Abbotsford. There is a free parking lot on site, and the clinic has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking and restroom. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome for both eye care and hearing care.

Do I need a referral for an eye exam or hearing test?

No referral is needed. You can book online or call us at (604) 776-3937.

Are children’s eye exams covered?

For children 18 and under, routine eye exams are $0 out of pocket with a valid BC Care Card (MSP). Learn more about kids’ eye exams.

What’s the difference between sight testing and an eye exam?

Sight testing is a free, automated check that updates your glasses prescription. It does not assess the health of your eyes. A comprehensive eye exam with our optometrist checks both your vision and your eye health. Learn more about sight testing.

Is the hearing test free?

Yes. Hearing tests at our Abbotsford clinic are free and are done by our Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner.

Do you treat dry eye?

Yes. We offer dry eye assessments and in-clinic IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) dry eye therapy.

Do you direct bill insurance?

We direct bill most insurance plans and accept WCB, VAC, FNHA and Ministry plans. 0% interest financing is also available.

How long do new glasses take?

Most orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Some simpler jobs can be done faster in our in-house lab.

What payment methods do you accept?
