I had a great experience at Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! I had an eye exam and a dry eye treatment with Melody, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how much she explained about dry eye and the treatment options—it was incredibly helpful. Jamie also helped me pick out my new glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was patient, offered great advice, and helped me find a pair that I love. Everyone at the clinic was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Melody, Jamie, and the entire Crystal Vision team!

Wow! I can’t even describe how amazing my experience was. I came in for new glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. Three wonderful ladies helped me out, Taetem, Mel and Freya! They were so upbeat and positive the entire and made every minute feel special. They were extremely attentive and made me feel like a part of the family!! I hope these woman get a raise because they truly make the environment so encouraging and welcoming. I will be switching to Crystal Vision Sumas location specifically because these ladies made me feel so confident and were honest with me about how styles of frames looked on me. I highly recommend heading over to Crystal vision, even if not to buy anything, but just for Freya, Mel and Taetem!!!! Amazing service, even better staff!

Came in for a quick eye exam at the Abbotsford location. I have major test/medical anxiety and Kimberly put me at ease! 10/10 customer service. Super helpful the whole way. The doctor Murdoch was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the test. Jamie was amazing with the glasses fitting and frame selection. We ended up leaving with 2 pairs of glasses. Very happy, will return again..but not for 2 years!

I was in need of a hearing test. After some very friendly telephone service from Freya it was with ease I made an apt for just a few days later. When I arrived I was felt comfortable and was treated with kindness and respect. My apt and time in the office was on minimal. Charles was lovely and to the point.
