I had my hearing and vision checked on the same day. I was able to pick up my glasses the same day. They were even going to stay overtime so I could get my glasses. And only a couple days and my hearing aids only took 48hrs! I recommend this place above all others and staff is far past 5⭐️

My spouse and I needed urgent glasses replacement after our initial purchase through Riya who was amazing and patient. Melissa helped us with the replacement and was so amazing with customer service as well. Would recommend Crystal Vision Abbotsford to anyone needing new specs.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Riya made my eye exam fast and enjoyable. She even helped me try on a million glasses until I found the ones I loved. Melissa absolutely made my day. She made the exam and glasses fit in my budget and called me the next day saying they were ready for pick up! The optometrist was very easy going, thorough and funny. I had such a great experience at this vision store! The staff went above and beyond to help me with my glasses, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect and answering all my questions with genuine care. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. They also repaired my previous glasses quickly and at no cost; and went above and beyond their warranty option so close to Christmas, it really meant a lot to me and ensured I will always return as a loyal customer… it’s the small things that really make a difference and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and quality eyewear!

I buy my glasses online and no pressure to buy theirs. They may have definitely also solved the issue I had with my measurements. Will go back for my wife's test.
