I came in to get new frames for my prescription after losing my glasses, and I’ve been dealing with constant headaches. I was initially told it would take 7-10 business days to get them, but when Ryan, the manager, introduced himself, he took a look at my prescription and had my glasses ready to go right then and there—same day! I couldn’t believe it; he truly went above and beyond. But that’s not all—Rya, the lovely lady at the front, came over and offered me a free trial of contacts to try out. I was completely blown away by the kindness and exceptional service I received here. This was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect any of this when I walked in, and I’m so grateful for their generosity and thoughtfulness. Truly top-notch service!

I walked in and was helped wonderfully by Taytum. They had so many fun and unique styles and it was easy to try them all on. Once I had ordered the frames the lenses came in only four days after I had ordered them! I will absolutely be going back.

I'm a loyal local buyer. My previous Glasses place closed down, and I researched and chose Crystal Vision instead. My latest eye test was like jumping into the next century! Their welcome and introduction were first class. I'd never seen their equipment, and it was much quicker. My eye exam was amazing, again, much faster due to the latest equipment they've invested in. I also received a referral to a Specialist in Abbotsford due to a family history of glaucoma. Again, amazing - why had this never happened before? My current prescription is okay, and they didn't try to upsell me. However, my wife did need prescription sunglasses, and their choice of Maui Jim frames was incredible. I'm sorry I didn't choose them sooner, but now that I have, I feel super confident, we've got a lifelong service provider. Way to go, Crystal Vision Abbotsford!
