Kris has been with Crystal Vision & Better Hearing for over 10 years. His extensive knowledge and expertise makes him an important part of our team! Kris strongly believes in taking time with each individual patient to explain the results of their hearing assessments. Kris takes pride in helping individuals with their specific needs with the goal of helping them attain the quality of life everyone deserves.

Through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to creating outstanding patient experiences, Melody has grown into her role as Manager of our Abbotsford location. Ronnie is known not only for her incredible eye for fashion and design, but also for her kind, patient approach with everyone who walks through the door. She takes the time to truly understand your style, personality, and comfort needs—so she can help you find glasses that don’t just look great, but feel like you.

Ronnie genuinely loves sharing her knowledge and guiding people through the process of choosing the perfect frame. Her goal is always to make sure you leave feeling confident and cared for.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and can often be found behind the lens pursuing her passion for photography.

Shelby has been a wonderful addition to Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! Shelby is passionate about vision and customer care. Comfort is her top priority. Shelby is able to provide feedback not only on the frame design that best suits your face shape and personal style but inform you also of suitable lens options that are available to you.

Les has made Crystal Vision & Better Hearing his home for the past 25 years making him our first and oldest employee. His career in optics spans over 40 years. Les is highly educated, skilled and knowledgeable. Les runs one of the last full service one hour optical labs in North America.

Amber brings a radiant energy to everything she does. With her warm, bubbly personality and contagious smile, she makes everyone feel instantly welcome and at ease. Her positive spirit shines through as she helps clients find frames that not only suit their face but reflect their personality and lifestyle.

Amber loves turning the process of choosing glasses into a fun and uplifting experience. She’s passionate about helping people see clearly and feel great about how they look.

When she’s not at work, Amber continues to spread joy wherever she goes—whether she’s catching up with friends, enjoying the outdoors, or simply sharing a laugh.

Luke has many years of experience working in the optical industry and has been immersed in the family business from a young age. As the son of the company’s owner, Luke jokes that he has been changing nose pads for as long as he can remember.

Known for his unsurpassed customer service, Luke sets the bar when it comes to creating a welcoming and positive patient experience. As a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner at Crystal Vision & Better Hearing, he is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing and overall quality of life. Luke and his team understand the value of outstanding service and are dedicated to making every visit a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We are an honoured to have Katherine as our Chilliwack Optical Manager. Katherine joined Crystal Vision & Better Hearing June 2006. A friendly smile and genuine laugh are her trade marks. Katherine is an excellent problem solver with a critical eye for detail. Over the years Katherine has helped many clients see the world more clearly. Not only will she find glasses that look fabulous on you, she will also cut your lenses.

Celeste began her journey with Crystal Vision & Better Hearing in February 2017 as a dedicated frame stylist, where her warm personality and genuine ability to connect with patients quickly made her a valued part of the team. She has always had a passion for helping people feel cared for, taking the time to listen, educate, and create positive experiences for every patient she works with.

Over the years, Celeste discovered a deeper passion for hearing care through her daily interactions with patients and families. Wanting to make an even greater impact, she pursued her education and became a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner. Today, Celeste combines her years of patient care experience with her knowledge of hearing health to help people reconnect with the sounds and conversations that matter most. Her compassionate approach, attentiveness, and commitment to personalized care continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients she serves.

Brodie will greet you with his great smile when you walk in the door and if you need an opinion on a frame, he’s your guy! Brodie takes tremendous pride in a job well done and has gained enormous respect from his colleagues. Brodie treats his customers as family and does whatever is necessary to see that they leave completely satisfied.

As the oldest son of the company’s owner, Ryan brings a wealth of optical knowledge and experience to our Maple Ridge location at Crystal Vision & Better Hearing His attention to detail and extensive expertise in both frame and lens design help ensure your glasses not only look great, but perform perfectly as well.

In addition to managing the Maple Ridge store, Ryan is also the company trainer and one of our advanced lab technicians for our in-house edging service. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the team while continuing to provide every customer with a customized and personalized eye care experience.

Jackie has been a wonderful addition to Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! Jackie is a highly organized and detail-focused full-cycle bookkeeper; even the most complex situations are no match for Jackie. She puts emphasis on communicating and bridging the gap between what has been done and what others say can’t be accomplished, which makes her stand out above the rest.
