I received excellent service and care from Jenna. She helped me choose glasses (frames and lenses) that were professional yet fun and suited my lifestyle and face shape. I would highly recommend Jenna if you are unsure what type of frame or lens is best for you. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable from the moment I walked in and were supportive of each other. Great team atmosphere!

I highly recommend Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! I ordered two pairs of glasses, and although they didn’t work out the way I had hoped at first, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They offered to replace the glasses and ordered new lenses because the original ones didn’t fit properly, all at no extra cost. Their customer service was truly amazing. The team is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure their customers are happy. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I love this place! Very professional and helpful staff. I had an eye examination and my eyesight deteriorated badly so my current glasses were useless. I couldn’t see much. Amber was so kind and even put a ‘ rush’ on my new pair of glasses. Thank you Amber! You are the best! 💕

I would give more stars if I could! Melissa was amazing for helping me as was Kirsty who spent a lot of time and patience with me trying to find the correct frames. Chilliwack Crystal Vision has been my to go place for many many years and I’ll continue to use them.
