I bought my hearing aids approximately 3 months ago from Kris. His testing was thorough and he shared a wealth of information not only about the new aids but also my old ones. I have worn hearing aids for over 10 years and have not received the same level of service as he provides.He listens and is solution focussed. He finds ways to make my aids work for me. These are quality aids with the new A.I. add on which gives clarity in all situations (restaurants, cinemas, groups of people , dinners, hip hop music and operas!!) May I say that the combination of Kris and these aids have made me happier than I have been for a long time. I feel able in the world as a result of being able to hear. What old aids seemed to offer was more volume but not enough clarity.They are amazing and even phone calls I have lost the helplessness of not being able to hear with all the background noise of call centers. You get your life back, not as you once you were able to hear but close enough that you feel relief. There is an ease to hearing now which makes one less tired.Claire is a pleasant, extremely helpful assistant and she was the one who gave me an idea of what I could expect from the business as she helped with questions I had about a friend getting my old aids.That’s it lol. Shelby and Melody were awesome—super helpful and friendly. They made picking out both sunglasses and glasses easy and actually fun. Great eye for style and really knew their stuff. Felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
