Good grief!!! Why did I not know about this place?!!! I came in for custom earplugs for an upcoming metal concert I’ll be going to (all due to them being on my way to little Cesar’s pizza!) and the incredible, intuitive, accommodating HELPFUL and FUN service I received from Freya gave me hope for the next gen!!! What a natural gifting she has! THEN, I was distracted by some outstanding and unique frames I saw on their wall (with a sale sign above!) well….. intro Jamie and Kimberly!!! Again, what friendly laid back service!! How can such young people perfect the balance of professionalism and making you feel like you’re shopping with girlfriends!?!?! Well done, ladies!!! I’m so impressed. And melody: you hit that sweet spot of managing, yet being part of the friendly banter….. well well done! I will be back, and I will definitely be telling EVERYONE I know about you guys!!! (Even though I came in for one or two pairs of earplugs, and left with those plus a gift card for custom earplugs and THREE PAIRS OF CANADIAN MADE GLASSES FRAMES!!!!) you are just that good 😁

This is actually my 3rd time trusting Crystal Vision with my optometry needs. Upon my regular vision check, it was noted that I'm in need of a stronger prescription. From the exam, to the coverage inquiries, to the pick up, everyone has been incredibly professional, positive, and helpful. Shout out to Jamie for taking the time to help me pick out the most flattering frames for my face shape, eye colour, and personal preferences.

You have no idea how many issues I’ve had after going to a different company. For MONTHS, I had been feeling nauseous, and the other optometrist location was extremely unhelpful. I finally went back to wearing my old glasses that I had gotten from Crystal Vision & Better Hearing — and the nausea went away.

Kim took the time to help me track down exactly what was wrong and why I had been feeling so awful (The unrelated location I will not name provided me wrong pupillary distance). Because of her help, I finally know what needs to be fixed and can now move forward with getting everything corrected properly.

I’ve moved to Chilliwack, but I will absolutely be making the drive back to Crystal Vision & Better Hearing on Sumas Way for my future eye exams.

What a great experience at crystal vision today! I was promptly looked after! All 3 staff memeber played a roll in having my glasses selected, lenses cut and out the door in a timely and professional manner! Thank you Freya,Kimberly, and melody!

First time here. Was greeted by the Manager Melody and her staff with smiles and welcoming atmosphere. Melody was so quick to help me fix my sunglasses. Fast and efficient and super nice. Will be coming back for my new eye glasses. Thank you for an exceptional experience Melody and her staff!:)

I've always gone to the same eye doctor and never thought to try anywhere else. I'm SO GLAD I decided to try these guys. They are so kind and funny. Staff gets a 10/10, bathroom gets a 10/10, Dr Coe looks like Bill Nye the Science guy which also means an automatic 10/10 for him too. Texted my husband within 5 minutes of sitting in the waiting room to tell him to switch eye doctors. Highly recommend.
