Been going to this family run business for over 20 years. It's always a delight to stop in and see the friendly staff that make you feel right at home. I came in to get new frames for my prescription after losing my glasses, and I’ve been dealing with constant headaches. I was initially told it would take 7-10 business days to get them, but when Ryan, the manager, introduced himself, he took a look at my prescription and had my glasses ready to go right then and there—same day! I couldn’t believe it; he truly went above and beyond. But that’s not all—Rya, the lovely lady at the front, came over and offered me a free trial of contacts to try out. I was completely blown away by the kindness and exceptional service I received here. This was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect any of this when I walked in, and I’m so grateful for their generosity and thoughtfulness. Truly top-notch service!
