The BEST customer service from start to finish!!! The whole family goes here, even my nervous to new things kids have had wonderful experiences that make them look forward to getting their eyewear. Accommodating with appointment scheduling, very open discussions with the Optometrist, a wonderful wide range of modern selection of Eyewear in an easy to try on environment, wonderful assistance with adjustments or warrantee help. They also went above and beyond to save my vacation for me last minute when I had absentmindedly forgot to order contacts before the trip. This team has got your back! You really can't find such high level of customer service anywhere today, and that's really what sets business's apart in today's market.

I have used Crystal Vision for a number of years and always find them extremely helpful, always friendly, and very professional. I always ask for Melody because she is honest about giving me advice when picking out frames as to what looks best and continues providing me with exceptional service. Now that she has moved to the Abbotsford location I will go there even though it is a little further. It is worth the trip!
