I’ve been coming to Crystal vision here in Chilliwack since it’s beginning—- at least 20+years. I get excellent service both with hearing aids and glasses. I pop in for little things like new nose pads clean my hearing aids — and have always had great treatment.

I have always dealt with Crystal Vision and will continue too. Went in to the Chilliwack store this afternoon as I had broken both the arms off my glasses. I was in a panic as I needed them for work. Kirstie was awesome. She found me a pair of replacement arms and put them in for me. Thanks Kirstie snd good job Crystal Vision 😊

Shelby is very professional and hard working. Melody has been very good at remembering my file and retrieving my prescriptions as soon as I walked in. Ryan got me into an appointment right away so I really appreciated it and Dr Toor was able to do a quick appointment and give me a lot of information and referrals for getting Lasix. Over all this business is a very well oiled machine filled with knowledgable and nice people. 10/10 would go again
