Great place, in BC visiting from Manitoba and needed glasses for my son. was available to fit us in for the eye doctor in a short notice! Nice staff and was able to get glasses in a very short period of time ! Eye doctor was the same as staff!

I required hearing aides for the first time in my life.
My hearing tests were expertly done and I have great hearing aides. Note they don't fall off even when you happen to take a tumble😂
I also purchased new glasses.
Everyone is so helpful. My glasses look so darn good.

Super easy interaction with Melody (Melanie?) She was able to look up my benefits for coverage, and replace my lenses and even offer to do it quickly before the store closes.

4 weeks later I finally remember to go pick up my glasses, and Kimberly informed me that if I ever need any adjustments for the glasses to feel free to come back to the store.

Very friendly and professional ladies, will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!! 🐈‍⬛️

Freya was extremely helpful with helping my mom with different hearing aid options. Very kind and soft spoken.
