Her firsthand understanding of the challenges and emotions associated with hearing loss drives her passion for helping others reconnect with the world around them. With a kind and compassionate approach, Nicolette combines her professional expertise with a deep sense of empathy, ensuring each client feels understood and supported. She is dedicated to finding the best hearing solutions tailored to individual needs, always striving to improve lives one conversation at a time.
Kirsten Walsh thrives on connecting with people and making a difference in their lives. Her genuine curiosity about others’ stories, perspectives, and experiences, combined with her passion for helping, is what led her to the healthcare field. Kirsten values every opportunity to lend a hand, answer hearing-related questions, and provide personalized assistance. Kris has been with Crystal Vision & Better Hearing for over 10 years. His extensive knowledge and expertise makes him an important part of our team! Kris strongly believes in taking time with each individual patient to explain the results of their hearing assessments. Kris takes pride in helping individuals with their specific needs with the goal of helping them attain the quality of life everyone deserves.

Shelby is able to provide feedback not only on the frame design that best suits your face shape and personal style but inform you also of suitable lens options that are available to you.
Les has made Crystal Vision & Better Hearing his home for the past 25 years making him our first and oldest employee. His career in optics spans over 40 years. Les is highly educated, skilled and knowledgeable. Les runs one of the last full service one hour optical labs in North America.
Amber joined Crystal Vision & Better Hearing March 2018. Amber has over 15 years experience in the customer service industry. With that experience comes a great sense of professionalism, new and exciting ideas which we gladly integrate into our systems for an even better patient experience.
Amber is known to her customers for her excellent customer service and expertise in selecting the perfect eyewear to meet their needs.
Luke has many years of experience working in the optical industry. As the son of the company’s owner. Luke has been changing nose pads as long than he can remember. Luke is known for his unsurpassed customer service. lie sets the bar when it comes to people pleasing and raises everyone’s game to match it. Luke and his team know the value of giving outstanding customer service, doing their best to make your experience one to remember.
We are an honoured to have Katherine as our Chilliwack Optical Manager. Katherine joined Crystal Vision & Better Hearing June 2006. A friendly smile and genuine laugh are her trade marks. Katherine is an excellent problem solver with a critical eye for detail. Over the years Katherine has helped many clients see the world more clearly. Not only will she find glasses that look fabulous on you, she will also cut your lenses.
Celeste joined Crystal Vision & Better Hearing February 2017. Celeste listens carefully to her patient’s specific needs. She spends extra time educating our customers as to how their vision works. She strives to improve the overall experience and ensure every customer has a positive, seamless experience.
Brodie will greet you with his great smile when you walk in the door and if you need an opinion on a frame, he’s your guy! Brodie takes tremendous pride in a job well done and has gained enormous respect from his colleagues. Brodie treats his customers as family and does whatever is necessary to see that they leave completely satisfied.
As the oldest son of the company’s owner, Ryan brings a wealth of optical knowledge and experience to our Maple Ridge store. His attention to detail and incredible knowledge in both frame and lens design helps ensure your glasses not only look great but they work too. Not only is Ryan the manager of the Maple Ridge store, he is also one of our more advanced lab technicians for our in house edging service. Ryan strives to provide every customer with a customized eye care experience
Julie started as a hearing assistant in our Sevenoaks location in 2007. She was great with clients and was always ready to go the extra mile to make them happy. Julie was constantly seeking more responsibilities and showing she could handle them. So, in 2009 she was promoted to our accounting department to help with the books. She showed that she was extremely honest and thorough. We watched her develop into our main accounting person who literally ran everything from payroll to payables. During our transition year in 2015 Julie transferred to our marketing department as head of marketing. in a very short time, with a ton of work and dedication, she was not only able to continue on with the excellence we have traditionally shown in marketing, but to surpass it. Today Julie is our Operations Manager overlooking all aspects of Crystal Vision & Better Hearing. She is our heart and soul. A word of advice to any young person looking to get ahead in their role with us. Do what Julie Does!
Jackie has been a wonderful addition to Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! Jackie is a highly organized and detail-focused full-cycle bookkeeper; even the most complex situations are no match for Jackie. She puts emphasis on communicating and bridging the gap between what has been done and what others say can’t be accomplished, which makes her stand out above the rest.
Steve is licensed as an optician, contact lens, and hearing specialist in BC. This allows him to help clients in all faucets of our business. Steve enjoys helping people find great looking eyewear and hearing products to help people hear and see better. He finds it very rewarding to see how our services can help improve our clients lives. The one thing that makes Steve happy is a happy client. He is always trying to go the extra mile for both our clients and our staff. Steve believes in personal growth and works as a leader for the Crystal Vision and Better Hearing staff to grow as people to be the best that they can be.
