Luke is known for his unsurpassed customer service. lie sets the bar when it comes to people pleasing and raises everyone’s game to match it. Jackie has been a wonderful addition to Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! Jackie is a highly organized and detail-focused full-cycle bookkeeper; even the most complex situations are no match for Jackie. She puts emphasis on communicating and bridging the gap between what has been done and what others say can’t be accomplished, which makes her stand out above the rest.

Celeste began her journey with Crystal Vision & Better Hearing in February 2017 as a dedicated frame stylist. From the start, her ability to truly listen and connect with clients stood out. She has always gone above and beyond to educate customers about their vision and ensure each experience is positive, personalized, and seamless.

Over the years, Celeste discovered a deeper calling in hearing care. Her daily interactions with patients sparked a passion for helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. This growing interest inspired her to pursue the path of becoming a Hearing Instrument Practitioner. Now practicing under a conditional license, Celeste brings the same warmth, attentiveness, and commitment to excellence to her new role—helping patients hear better with the same care she once dedicated to their sight.

Nicolette’s personal journey with hearing loss inspired her to pursue a career as a Hearing Instrument Practitioner. Her firsthand understanding of the challenges and emotions associated with hearing loss drives her passion for helping others reconnect with the world around them. With a kind and compassionate approach, Nicolette combines her professional expertise with a deep sense of empathy, ensuring each client feels understood and supported. She is dedicated to finding the best hearing solutions tailored to individual needs, always striving to improve lives one conversation at a time.

Kirsten Walsh thrives on connecting with people and making a difference in their lives. Her genuine curiosity about others’ stories, perspectives, and experiences, combined with her passion for helping, is what led her to the healthcare field. Kirsten values every opportunity to lend a hand, answer hearing-related questions, and provide personalized assistance. Kris has been with Crystal Vision & Better Hearing for over 10 years. His extensive knowledge and expertise makes him an important part of our team! Kris strongly believes in taking time with each individual patient to explain the results of their hearing assessments. Kris takes pride in helping individuals with their specific needs with the goal of helping them attain the quality of life everyone deserves.

You will find Claire at the front hearing desk with a warm greeting when you arrive, answering your questions and calls and helping you check out at the end of your appointment. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Don prides himself on offering accurate and informative hearing assessments for his clients. Don ensures that all our patients always receive fantastic, consistent service.

Les has made Crystal Vision & Better Hearing his home for the past 25 years making him our first and oldest employee. His career in optics spans over 40 years. Les is highly educated, skilled and knowledgeable. Les runs one of the last full service one hour optical labs in North America.

We are an honoured to have Katherine as our Chilliwack Optical Manager. Katherine joined Crystal Vision & Better Hearing June 2006. A friendly smile and genuine laugh are her trade marks. Katherine is an excellent problem solver with a critical eye for detail. Over the years Katherine has helped many clients see the world more clearly. Not only will she find glasses that look fabulous on you, she will also cut your lenses.

As the oldest son of the company’s owner, Ryan brings a wealth of optical knowledge and experience to our Maple Ridge store. His attention to detail and incredible knowledge in both frame and lens design helps ensure your glasses not only look great but they work too. Not only is Ryan the manager of the Maple Ridge store, he is also one of our more advanced lab technicians for our in house edging service.
